Users can describe their ideal home in natural language, receive AI-powered recommendations, refine their search in real time, and schedule private tours, while local agents provide on-the-ground support. The platform also offers a 70% commission rebate at closing.
Our Challenge
Design a real estate platform from scratch with no templates and references. Key requirements included:
- Build a tag-based search system with AI support
- Integrate an interactive map and chat assistant
- Design an offer submission flow that replaces traditional brokers
- Create a new visual identity and UI system scalable for future features
Visual Pricing Modules
Flexy’s team designed a set of interactive financial tools. We built visual modules that estimate sale price ranges, show market timelines, and break down monthly costs with color-coded charts. Users can explore how their offer compares to market trends, adjust price ranges, and see real-time updates on financing details, including rebates and effective price. The experience is optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Visual Identity & UI Kit
A cohesive brand identity reflects the platform’s human-first, AI-powered approach. We crafted detailed brand guidelines covering primary and secondary colors, type hierarchy, layout rules, and use cases. From the logo and color palette to typography and tone of voice, everything was designed to feel intelligent, modern, and approachable.
AI-Driven Search
We designed a conversational search interface that allows users to find homes using natural language. They can describe what they’re looking for, such as location, layout, or nearby amenities, and the system dynamically interprets and structures their input. AI suggestions update in real time, and filters remain visible and adjustable. The mobile-first design supports a smooth chat experience, with features like saving searches, regenerating options, and smart prompts that adapt to user input.
A user is searching for a modern house in Seattle with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious backyard, and proximity to good schools. The AI responds by confirming the criteria and offers options to save or regenerate the search. Additional preferences, like nearby schools and grocery stores, are added seamlessly. Below the chat, visual filters summarize the selected features, while a soft, modern UI invites users to continue the conversation with a prompt asking about their ideal home. The overall experience feels intuitive and personalized.
Smart Search Page
We created a user-friendly search experience featuring intuitive tags, an interactive map view, and dynamic filters. Users can explore listings using tags like “#New” or “#Residential,” view walkability scores and nearby places on a real-time map, and adjust preferences on the fly.
Flexible component system
A modular interface and flexible component system includes dual input, allowing users to describe their ideal home using either natural language or structured filters. These can be the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price range, and sale type. The interface supports real-time refinement through dynamic tags, drop-downs, and interactive selectors. Reusable UI elements, such as buttons, toggles, avatars, and input fields, ensure consistency across the platform and allow for easy scaling as new features are added.
